Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@createmyworldcd.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We will not be able to give a refund for customized products.

Customized Products - No Return Policy

Policy Details:

• Personalized Nature: Customized products are uniquely designed and manufactured to align with your specific requests. These products are created with careful attention to detail and incorporate the elements you have chosen, making them distinctive and exclusive to you.
• Production Process: Once an order for a customized product is placed and confirmed, it enters a specialized production process that is distinct from our standard offerings. This process involves the allocation of resources and efforts to ensure the accurate execution of your personalized design.
• Quality Assurance: Our quality control measures are designed to ensure that every customized product meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and precision. Prior to shipping, each item undergoes thorough inspection to ensure that it adheres to your specifications and our quality benchmarks.

No Return Policy:

Due to the unique nature of customized products and the specialized resources invested in their production, we regretfully cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for these items. Once an order for a customized product has been confirmed and production has commenced, it is considered final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. This policy applies to all customized products, including but not limited to, personalized apparel, engraved items, and custom artwork.

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to make any changes or modifications to your order, please notify us within 3 Business Days of placing the order. After this period, changes may not be possible due to the advanced stage of production.

Exceptions:

In the event that a customized product is received with defects or errors related to the customization process, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will promptly review the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or appropriate resolution.
