Shipping policy 

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  If you have placed a large order, please allow an additional 5-7 days for shipment.  Orders placed through a secondary vendor will be shipped up to 3 weeks after processing.  Please see product details for more information.

There may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or shipping service problems that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 within Charlotte Metropolitan area. For orders under $50, we charge $5 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 9-5 on Saturdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@createmyworldcd.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Shipping to P.O. Boxes may be limited to up to 9 lbs. and may be limited to Economy service depending on carrier selected.
